Our Collaborators

"Nagenahiru Volunteerss" established in 2022 as a Volunteer Placement Organization, affiliate to the Nagenahiru Foundation in Sri Lanka.

During the last 03 decades, "Nagenahiru” implemented many projects with the support of local and overseas volunteers to conserve nature and address the socio-economic issues of underprivileged communities in several districts in Sri Lanka.

For over eighteen years, "Nagenahiru Foundation" has been successfully partnered with the German non-profit nature conservation and maintained fruitful relationship. Nagenahiru is also a long-term member of the “International Living Lakes Network", a worldwide nature conservation movement to protect and conserve threatened lakes and biodiversity for future generations.

The Global Nature Fund and the International Living Lakes Net Work are valuable partners of 'Nagenahiru' linking several international donors as to facilitate Nagenahiru activities relating to the conservation of nature, mitigating climate crisis while reducing poverty of the marginalized communities living in rural villages in Sri Lanka.

For over 20 years, "Nagenahiru'" rendered excellent service in developing communities, empowering them to create brighter futures while protecting and conserving nature for the future generations.
